3. WhatsApp and Meta Compliance
Our Services integrate with the WhatsApp Business Platform operated by Meta. You agree to comply with all applicable WhatsApp Business Terms, Meta Platform Terms, and anti-spam laws.
You are solely responsible for obtaining proper customer opt-in before sending messages. Whats Chat AI is not responsible for WhatsApp number bans caused by user violations.
4. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Services for spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, illegal activities, fraud, harassment, phishing, or any activity that violates WhatsApp, Meta, or applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activities.
